Ferry Services
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council operates two vehicle ferries across the Hastings River.
The Settlement Point ferry operates between Settlement Point Road and North Shore Drive. The Hibbard ferry operates between Boundary Street and Riverside Drive.

* Residents of the local government area, may upon application, purchase an annual concession sticker (cost $51.70) which must be affixed to the windscreen on the driver's side. This sticker provides proof that a concession can be charged to a resident.
Resident stickers can be obtained from the Ferry Operators Office. The Ferry Operators Office is open 9am to 4pm weekdays only and accepts cash or cheque only.

Settlement Point Ferry
Operating times
24 hours per day, 7 days a week
Note: except on the fourth Wednesday of each month when the ferry is serviced between 9.30am and 3.00pm.
Hibbard Ferry (south bank)
Operating times
Monday - Friday: 6.30am-9.50am (mornings) & 2.45pm-6.50pm (afternoons)
Weekends & public holidays: 8.00am - 6.50pm
School Holiday operating times
Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 6.50pm
Weekends: 8am - 6.50pm
Note: except on the fourth Thursday of each month when the ferry is serviced between 10.00am and 2.45pm.
