Council holds regular meetings generally on the fourth Wednesday of each month (unless advertised otherwise) to deal with Council business. Meetings are generally held at Council's Port Macquarie office, unless advertised otherwise.
Agendas for Council Meetings are available at the Port Macquarie Council office and all libraries on the Monday prior to a Council meeting.
