The awards for Excellence in Heritage and Design 2006 were presented on Saturday 24 June 2006.

These awards were introduced in 2000 and have been held every three years. They have been a remarkably successful way of honouring heritage conservation and rewarding design excellence with our local government area.

Over the last six years the Awards have created an opportunity for the area's leading architects, designers and developers as well as individuals to showcase their work.

Thanks to Award sponsors and supporters: Donovan Oates Hannaford Lawyers, Port Macquarie News, Lincoln Greenery and 3D Paint and Colour.
