Port Iron 5K
7:30 AM (Doors Open 7:00 AM)
Get your runner's out of the closet, stretch those muscles and get down to the Port Iron 5k run. Great way to prepare yourself for the start of your ironman career. Come by yourself or with a team and have a great time.
The Port Iron 5k will begin and finish at Town Green Port Macquarie.
Briefing at 7.15 am, Race begins at 7.30 am
The entry fee for under 15's is $10 and over 15's is $15. Hardcopy entry forms are available from the Ironman Race Headquarters. All entry's must be accompanied by payment, entries close 3pm friday, 4th May 2012.
Late entires will be accepted on race morning between 6am - 7am. A $5 late fee will apply.
There is age group winners as well as medals and random prize draws.
