Fun Run and Walk - Supporting Alzheimer's Australia NSW

The Port Macquarie Triathlon Club is hosting a Fun Run & Walk event to support Alzheimer's Australia NSW - 'On The Move to End Dementia'.
Come along and enjoy breakfast (hot & cold) prepared by the Tacking Point Lions Club. Bring your camp chair and cheer on the walkers and runners. Meet local MP's and show your support to END DEMENTIA.
The event will consist of a 5km Fun Run starting at 8am. Registration & bib will be $10 per person. There is also a 2.5km Fun Walk starting at 8:30am. Registration & bib will be $5 per person

Located on the corner of Buller and Parks Streets, Westport Park commands extensive views of the Hastings River. The park is a highly utilised area of open space that forms an intrinsic link between Settlement Point shopping centre and the Port Macquarie CBD.
Westport Park is the designated area in Port Macquarie for commercial events. Permitted use include events such as circuses, carnivals, shows and promotions. The park is also a popular venue for community/sporting activities and has hosted events such as Ironman, NSW Fire Fighters State Championships and the annual Christmas carnival.
