Event Management Guidelines - Parks and Reserves

This information has been prepared to provide event organisers and the general public with guidelines to successfully facilitate an event in a park or reserve in the Port Macquarie-Hastings local government area.  

We aim to provide information to applicants wishing to hold an event in a reserve area by outlining the information and documentation that we require from the applicant in order to assess and approve their application in a timely and efficient manner.

Our reserves provide unique venues for all manner of functions, including private social functions such as barbecues, picnics, ceremonies, as well as community, cultural and sporting events.
