S149(2) & S149(5) Application - 2012-13 Application for Certificates, Diagrams, Water Readings, Outstanding Notices.

This is a combined interdepartmental application form which includes Planning Certificates: (DE10) A S149(2) will provide information about: zoning of the land; relevant state, regional and local planning controls; details of any hazards such as bush fire, flooding or the like; heritage; potential contamination of the land; and any specified advice from other government agencies/authorities. A S149(5) provides all the details of a S149(2) and additional advice on matters affecting the land which may include: tree preservation orders; resolutions of Council to prepare amendments to its LEP; site or area specific advice; foreshore building lines; exhibited draft DCPs; Section 94 Plans etc. |
