Council Meetings are held at 5.30pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month. All meetings are held at Council's Port Macquarie Office unless advertised otherwise. Our meeting schedule and Council Meeting Agendas, Reports and Minutes are available online.
Webcast
Council now webcasts its monthly meeting held at the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Chambers. Webcasting allows you to view proceedings from a PC without the need to attend the meeting. This provides our community with greater access and participation in Council meetings and effectively eliminates geographic and other barriers that can prevent members of the public from attending Council meetings. At this stage only the Council's main meetings held at Port Macquarie will be webcast live.
Note: Port Macquarie-Hastings Council accepts no liability for any defamatory remarks that are made during the course of the meeting. The quality of the webcast will depend on your PCs memory and internet connection bandwidth.
