 Annual Customer Care Service Excellence Awards

"One Goal ... One Passion" was the theme for the 3rd annual Customer Care Awards hosted on Friday 12th June by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.

More than 260 businesses have now made a commitment to delivering better customer service through the Customer Care program. The Awards recognised the best of the best for their leadership in providing customer service excellence.

The 2009 awards recognised 23 finalists representing eight business categories. The 2009 Customer Care finalists and winners are:
