New Courses Now Available
An exciting innovation to the Customer Care program for 2009 is the establishment of a number of training courses, exclusively available to businesses who are members of the program. The training program was put together following a survey of what participating businesses felt would be most useful and relevant. Training has been delivered by Liz Paine, principal of Learning Insight.

Review the schedule and course outlines to see what each course covers. Either return registration form via scanned email to rachel.ross@pmhc.nsw.gov.au or post to Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, PO Box 84, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 or just call Rachel on 6581 8036. Alternatively drop the form in to any Council office. Payment can be made over the counter at any Council office.
