September Mix and Mingle - 30 September 2009

This month the Customer Care Program will welcome its 300th member. Congratulations and welcome to Aviation Charters www.aviationcharters.com.au.

As accredited Customer Care quality service providers, these organisations proudly exceed high quality service standards that benefit local customers and tourists and achieve better business outcomes.

In the wake of all this excitement, really astute business owners are asking. "What else?

  • What else can we do to best benefit our business by involvement in the program?
  • What else can we do to ensure our customer's experience is memorable and enjoyable?
  • How else can we ensure that customers are attracted to businesses which proudly display the Customer Care logo?

There are so many opportunities to be had from involvement in the Customer Care Program that September's Mix and Mingle night has been especially designed to help businesses get the best from their involvement in the program. All Customer Care businesses and those interesting in joining the program are invited.

Venue: Pier One, Port Macquarie Panthers
Time: 6pm for 6.30pm

The event will create opportunities to;

  • meet and network with other customer focused businesses/organisations;
  • workshop opportunities for promoting your business/organisation through its involvement with thecustomer care program; and 
  • provide input into future directions for the program.
