Missed BusinessProvide face-to-face customer areas

Missed Business is an initiative of the Mid North Coast Regional Access Committee, to help small business-owners to attract more customers by providing better access. To provide this information, a booklet was created to guide owners in disability awareness, the benefits of an accessible environment and ways to make your business more accessible.

For example: 

  • Ensure switches and controls are accessible
  • Keep pedestrian areas free from obstacles
  • Speak directly to customer
  • Provide face to face customer service areas.
